I hold a Master of Social Work from the University of Calgary, and a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of the Fraser Valley. I have completed over 450 hours of Rapid Resolution Therapy training with the Institute for Rapid Resolution Therapy.\u00a0 I also supervise counsellors in training through Yorkville University and the University of Calgary, while supporting a group practice of skilled, master level therapists.\u00a0<br><br>I am most passionate about healing trauma, particularly\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/freemindtherapy.ca\/first-responder-counselling\/\">military trauma<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/freemindtherapy.ca\/sexual-assault-counselling\/\">sexual trauma<\/a>. Other passions are healing\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/freemindtherapy.ca\/insomnia-and-sleep\/\">insomnia<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/freemindtherapy.ca\/anxiety-counselling\/\">Anxiety<\/a>, and particularly\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/freemindtherapy.ca\/how-to-clear-social-anxiety-with-rrt\/\">social anxiety<\/a>\u00a0&amp;\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/freemindtherapy.ca\/phobia-therapy\/\">phobias<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0<br><br>Over the years I have utilized many approaches to counselling. Due to my role as Clinic Director, my caseload is limited to a smaller number of clients, and therefore my primary offering is currently Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT).
