Trauma-Informed Yoga Workshop

Offering survivors a free, virtual yoga practice that is gentle, grounding, and can meet them where they’re at.

Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies, modify or rest at any time, and engage in ways that feel grounding and accessible. These sessions center on cultivating awareness, self-compassion, and a sense of calm without physical adjustments, pressure or judgement.

What To Expect

This is a non-judgemental, safe space for survivors to reconnect with their bodies in a restorative way.

No Experience Necessary

We will use beginner-friendly language, simple poses, and demonstrations throughout.

Empowering Choice

Everything we offer is a suggestion. We’ll present alterations and encourage you to listen to your body.

Slow and Gentle

We will only engage in a handful of poses per session, holding each pose to honor stillness and breath.

Other Healing Activities

Sometimes we will incorporate other healing activities, such as sound baths, breathwork, and more.
